Privacy

This page covers the Trynerz waitlist. It is short because the site collects one thing.

What we collect

Your email address, the date you joined, and which form on the site you used. There is no account and no password. When you submit the form, your IP address passes briefly through our server's memory so we can stop the form being spammed. It is never written to the database.

We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics. It records which page was viewed, roughly where in the world from, and what kind of device and browser, so we can tell whether anyone is finding the site. It sets no cookies, it does not follow you to other sites, and it does not tell us who you are. We set no advertising cookies of any kind. The only thing stored in your browser is whether you chose the light or the dark theme, which never leaves your device.

Why we collect it

To email you once when Trynerz is available on iOS and Android, and to send you the confirmation that you are on the list. That is the whole purpose. Your address is not sold, rented, or shared with anyone for their own use.

Where it is stored

Addresses are stored in a Supabase database, the confirmation email is sent through Resend, and the site itself is hosted on Vercel. All three are processors acting on our instructions. The waitlist table is locked so that only our server can read or write it: it is not reachable from this page or from anyone else's browser.

How long we keep it

Until launch, plus a short window afterwards so we can send the launch email. After that the list is deleted.

Getting removed

Email hello@trynerz.com from the address you signed up with and ask to be taken off. We will delete the row and reply to confirm. You can also ask what we hold about you, which will be the address itself and the date you joined.

Changes

If this changes before launch we will update this page. Since the only data here is an email address collected for one announcement, we do not expect it to.

Questions go to hello@trynerz.com.
